Instructions to authors

Submitted papers are extended abstracts. The submitted articles are not necessarily original, they may have been submitted elsewhere or be in the future. It will not be necessary to submit the full paper after acceptance.

Submission will be done using a model. Main specifications are:

• Papers should be prepared in one pages, suitable for direct printing onto A4 paper;
• In english or french;
• It is possible to insert a bibliography and a link to a document in HAL already published elsewhere (it will be necessary to specify references of the document for copyright reasons);
  
• On the top: the title, each author's name, affiliation and address;
• It is possible to specify the type of presentation desired: oral (if possible) ou poster.
  

Only pdf files are accepted.

Note that presentations will be in english.

The Sientific Progam Committee is in charge of the selection of the contributions as well as the final program.
