Registration information

Regular registration and student registration include: attendance at the sessions, a copy of the extended abstract printed, USB thumb drive, coffee breaks, all daily lunches, conference dinner, up to 1 paper upload.

Additional Paper Uploads: Paper uploads in addition to those included with each registration are possible with an extra cost of €50 per paper. Please note that each extra upload has to fulfil all requirements of a regular upload and the registrant must be an author on all uploaded papers.

Extra conference dinner: can be requested at an extra cost of €80/person through the registration system.

Means of Payment: credit card and bank transfer. So that you can be identified during payment, especially for payment by bank tranfer, please specify the name of the conference (JIME2020) and your name..
